This mountain lodge had a really great ambiance, with a cosy lounge area that boasted a self-service honor bar and comfortable seating. The dinner was delicious and served family-style, giving us the chance to meet other travelers. The location was perfect for exploring the surrounding hiking trails, and the staff was friendly and welcoming.
The rooms felt a bit primitive, with some basic amenities missing, such as towels and toilet paper. The heating equipment was also not working properly when we arrived. Additionally, we had to leave the social area early in the evening, which was a bit disappointing for those who wanted to socialize longer. this place was good for a short stay, but some improvements are needed.

This hotel is a hidden gem in the mountains where luxury meets nature. the exclusive amenities provided including a private fireplace and beautifully decorated rooms made our stay quite memorable. The dining experience exceeded our expectations with fresh ingredients from the garden, and the lounge area was cozy and comfortable. Cons: We did experience some minor language barriers with the staff, but we were able to work through them with the help of a translator.

Had a great Xmas dinner with people from all over the world, and the food was delicious. The common areas were warm and had a charming atmosphere with nice decorations. The location is in a beautiful mountain area with breathtaking views, and the staff was friendly and helpful.
The rooms were basic and somewhat uncomfortable, with thin walls and no insulation. The shower was small, the hot water was inconsistent, and the towels were rough and old.
